La Menara Landscape Design Studio was established in Marbella in 1999 and is now led by a second-generation team of landscape architects, engineers and designers. From the beginning, the practice has been defined by a commitment to creating landscapes that are both purposeful and enduring. This approach balances functionality with aesthetics, while placing environmental responsibility at the heart of each design.

With over two decades of experience, the studio has delivered a wide range of projects across Spain, Europe and Morocco. These include gardens for private villas, landscapes for boutique hotels and green infrastructure for housing developments, marinas, sports facilities and public parks. Each project responds directly to its setting, shaped through analysis of terrain, light, use and climate.

At the centre of the studio’s design philosophy is the belief that landscape is not a decorative layer but an essential part of how a place is lived and understood. It shapes movement, frames architecture and creates atmosphere over time. Design is approached as a long-term structure, one that must adapt, endure and remain legible as the landscape matures
