Zoopla, the UK-based property portal, claims that a well-maintained garden could add as much as 10-20% to the value of a home. The garden therefore is an important selling point, especially in a sunny climate where owners are likely to spend a lot of time outdoors in the garden area. <\/p>\n
Another real estate agency called Yopa, said, \u201cIt is well worth spending some of your time, and potentially money, on the outside of your house - particularly on the front garden.
